Macbook Clean Up Empty Macbook Clean Up

Does anyone know a lot about macs? I am wanting to restart my computer to delete all files and start over. My computer is starting to run slow and thats the only way to fix it, I went to Best Buy and they said the only I could do it delete the things one by one which I don't have time for because I am moving.
