To Whom It May Concern

Since NRU’s impending doom is upon us, I thought it may be appropriate to address a couple of things that are coming to mind as this sad event creeps closer and closer.  Basically, I’m sorry.  I’m sorry for being a dickhead to the vast majority of you.  But please, allow me to explain myself.

I am a troll.  An honest-to-God troll.  An attention seeking, pathetic, lonely little troll with nothing better to do than harass people online and casually play an online video game.  When I first logged onto NRU’s server, I was immediately permanately banned by Psyko  for “being a faggot.”  It wasn’t until Psyko, D!RTY, Thurman Murman, Petitties, Kirby, Biotics (fuck that faggot) and several others accepted me into their Vent server that they begun to understand just who I am.

I am a person.  A nice person, believe it or not.  Someone with a soul.  Someone who’s trolling behavior and character known as “poolboy” was stemmed out of a sickening, depression-ridden, deep-seeded thirst for anguish inflicted upon random people.  I wanted to be annoying, crude, obscene, pathetic, funny, sad, angry, unfair, abusive, perverted— an internet terrorist, if you will.

Just know that I am not who I appear to be online.  I have thoroughly enjoyed playing with many of you.  More than you think.  In fact, there’s too many to list.  I enjoy all of you.  Unless your name is Bart, Paula, Moose, Tract or Lions.

Of course, it goes without saying that I sincerely love my vent lovers and piece of man meat.  D!RTY and Psyko— as sad as it may sound— thank you for being online friends and making the COD4 experience at NRU so awesome.  I will miss the server and you.

I just want to say that I'm sure the majority of people playing here did not think of you as a douche, personally, I had lots of fun playing with you on this server, and you helped countless people keep hackers and just generally Douchebags off the server, it it would not have been the same without you, I would also like to take this moment to thank Scorpion, Eagleeye, thotz, Spec ops , OneRay and especially PsyKo! and D!RTY for keeping the server fun for me and the TF crew.
Its kinda sad i have to say goodbye to such a great community. And I hope to see many of you on other servers i play on when NRU comes to a close, Im not sure if the host for Serverbob is devildogs hosting, but that will probably be my main cod4 server after and if NRU closes.

Thanks for the kind words, Bear! I guess I was mainly referring to those who have sent complaints, death threats and countless hate messages to me via e-mail and PM. I've enjoyed playing with you.

I guess I'm just feeling sentimental for two reasons... 1) I'M GONNA MISS YOU GUYS SOOOO MUCH :'( WAHHHHHHH and 2) Well, honestly... the last death threat that was e-mailed to me really stuck to me. It was the first one that actually seemed somewhat serious and perhaps I was in the wrong to begin with. I usually enjoy this sort of thing but i just wanted to clear up the WHY behind the man that is poolboy.
