NRU| PROMOD server

Hey Guys,
Hustle Trees has been very gracious and purchased a ProMod server that we can all play in. He even let us rename his server to NRU| Promod! Pretty sweet huh? Anyways, if you don't have the promod files needed to join the server go ahead and download them from the link below.

INSTALL FILES:

- Once you download the file, unzip it.
- place the promodlive211 folder in your mods folder ( C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\Mods)


You should now be ready to join the server!!

Can this server be punkbuster free., cuz alot of ppl have cracked versions of the game

hey, when i join the server, it lets me spawn in and start playing but then at a random time, punkbuster kicks me for 2 mins reason: MD5Tool Mismatch main/iw_00.iwd. so i went and looked at that file and its my skins file.. so its kicking me for having that file modified to a different name and a .rar to import new skins.. i've googled it and on all the forums i went on, they all say its from skins or from your mod folder being in the wrong directory (mine is not) and the only way to fix it is to re install. Which fucking sucks dick because i love my skins.. so yeah if anyone gets that error than that's why. I guess ill think about taking my skins off but Trees you should try not using promodlive211, maybe try 204, 206, or 214. i do not get kicked from any other promod servers on cod4 so there has to be something you can do about it. Maybe take punkbuster off the server, period. For the sake of other NRU members with fake CD Keys.

i've renamed all of them to use skins and i guess that mod doesn't allow you to have any modified folders for some reason.

well i appreciate the input. unfortunatly the server company gameservers.com sucks dick, which i shouldve known from past experience, so i am in the process of finding another server which can support b3 as well. just hang tight kiddos

OK! so i purchased a server through NFO servers, as devildog is out of stock. But ive played on many servers used by these guys and they are always good. so anyway in the process of figuring stuff out, hopefully dirty will get on later tonight to help me as he told me he set up your server

you don't need to download it.. thats just if you want to.. join the server and it will download it all for you.

you dont need to download it dude.. just go join the server. cod4 will automatically download and set it up for you. have u ever played in a modded server before?

ok so gonna have to wait a little longer. tryin to figure out how to host a domain so it will DL with no problems. just hang tight. learning experience for me as well, made a mistake, but i have a full server reset scheduled for 130 am so after that, im going to hammer down and get this shit goin! by tommorow afternoon or evening it will be just where everyone will love it

YAYAYAYAYAYAY!!! FINALLY AFTER HOURS OF KILLING MY BRAIN AND MY FISTS, I HAVE GOT IT RIGHT NOW! at least pretty sure haha need some people to test it out and do things like try to kill team mates and pick snipers woot hope it works

SO im gonna be takin off this evening, so if dirty would be so kind as to crack the server? that would be cool, as well as take pb off if possible. god damn what a long day it seems haha
